Reproductive mental health focuses on the emotional and psychological well-being throughout the entire reproductive cycle —whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or navigating experiences like infertility, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss. Reproductive mental health care helps you feel supported and understood, no matter where you are in your journey.
Absolutely. While my specialty is in reproductive mental health, I work with clients who are navigating a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and other challenges. Together, we can explore and address what matters to you most in a safe and supportive space.
Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. This is an opportunity for you to share a little about what's bringing you to therapy and to ask any questions you might have about my approach or the process.
Starting therapy is a big step, and I want you to feel as comfortable and supported as possible. If you'd like to schedule a consultation, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to connect with you.
Our telehealth sessions will be held on Google Meet, a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform. This means your privacy and personal health information (PHI) are fully protected during our sessions.
I'll send you a private link, which you can easily access from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Your comfort and privacy are my top priorities.
I provide a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform through my electronic health record (EHR) system for all communication related to therapy. This ensures that your private health information (PHI) is protected at all times. You will receive a login to access the platform, where you can securely message me.
Additionally, you're welcome to text me for quick updates (e.g., if you're running late or need to reschedule). However, because texting is not HIPAA-compliant, you'll need to sign a consent form before we can communicate this way. Please avoid sharing any personal health information (PHI) in texts.
You can also email me. I check my email regularly and will respond as soon as I can.
If your insurance provider offers out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a superbill after each session that will allow your insurance provider to partially reimburse you for the cost of the session.
To find out whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits and those benefits cover, contact your insurance provider.
If I am out-of-network with your insurance and you have confirmed that your insurance does not offer out-of-network mental health benefits, we can still work together.
My standard out-of-pocket fee is $200 per session. If this fee presents a barrier but you’re interested in working together, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'd be happy to discuss options to make it more accessible.

The more we can be curious and open minded towards ourselves, the more we can learn and grow.
